Event description

Hosted by our friends of the WEBdeBS community in Brescia, Giuseppe Arici and Matteo Battaglio of #pragma mark will present an introductory session to the new programming language Swift.

During the two hours of the evening, we will analyze the reasons that led to the introduction of Swift, we will see the new features of the language and we will understand how to interface it with the Objective-C language. After an introduction to the language syntax, we will see Swift in action into the interactive environment Playground introduced with Xcode 6.

The event will take place on Tuesday 11 November 2014 at the Parco Dall’Acqua in Brescia from 20:00 to 22:00. The participation is free of charge and open to anyone, without any registration.

The presentation will be held in Italian.
